Market Research

Conducting thorough competitive analyses, I evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions in the pipeline. This insight guides my strategic approach to prioritizing backlogs and sprints, conducting end-of-sprint demos, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing sessions.

My analytical prowess shines through as I critically evaluate information from multiple sources, breaking down high-level concepts into actionable epics, features, and user stories. Distinguishing between nice-to-haves and genuine business needs, I ensure our efforts are aligned with strategic objectives.

Collaboration lies at the heart of my approach. Working seamlessly with UX specialists and marketing teams, I contribute to the development and refinement of personas and journey maps. I take a hands-on approach, directing the creation of high-fidelity clickable prototypes and mockups, stepping in when necessary to design prototypes directly.

Leadership

Within Agile teams, I function as both a leader and a collaborative team player. My role encompasses the assessment of value, meticulous development of requirements, and strategic prioritization of features and stories. This ensures a laser focus on endeavors that deliver maximum value, perfectly aligned with the overarching product strategy and stakeholder business needs.

Guiding teams on the principles of Agile Scrum practices, I foster a culture of continuous improvement. Coaching teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace, I’ve played a pivotal role in boosting velocity sprint-over-sprint. Supporting and educating project managers, especially in grooming and maintaining the product backlog, is a key aspect of my collaborative leadership.

Product Innovation Management

Removing impediments is not just a responsibility but a passion. I’ve successfully identified and guided teams to remove impediments by connecting them with the right personnel, resulting in noticeable improvements in developer efficiency and increased productivity.

My journey as a Senior Product Manager includes the development of a unified Agile process across teams. This process places a strong emphasis on Test Driven Development, sophisticated acceptance criteria, prototype development as part of requirements gathering, and a meticulous adherence to a Definition of Done. I’ve clarified and strengthened each team member’s roles and responsibilities, ensuring that each story receives final approval from the Product Owner.
